Yangshuo Travel Forum

Headed to Yangshuo in a few weeks... Anybody check/stay at this hotel? Made res for several days, but they want $$ up front. Not really in mode to pay b/f seeing the place. Any other recommendations. Family of 5, just need a comfortable place with good food service.

I might try the Yangshuo Culture House... good family place... see my Yangshuo page for more information on it. I can try to swing by the Li River Hotel... I know the YCH asked for money up front ($11) when we reserved online, and we'll ask about that tomorrow (we've been here one night and tonight is the second) to see if we get that credit taken off our bill... We didn't like the idea either, but I'll try to let you know, and see what information I can get on your place.

I might also mention that there may or may not be towels, soap or toilet paper provided... the YCH doesn't provide towels that we know of, or soap, but they do give toilet paper.
