Most of leading hotels in Isloo are offering special summer camps with discounted rates the use of swimming pools facility. Marriott and Serena are two of the leading ones. I guess Holiday Inn also has swimming pool. Rest if you can manage, then pools at Islamabad club is also nice. Prices vary usually starting from Rs. 5000 per month. Timings are usually all day but morning timings are usually given to kids. I hope this helps!

Swimming pools are not common in Pakistan. My brother was looking for a pool in Pindi and my cousin said, "we are have a shortage of drinking water, and you are talking about swimming pools?!" lol...anyway I know Serena Hotel and Marriot have them, but they are quite expensive.
