Not really.
Most bigger hotels have pools. If you want to swim in the sea, wear platic shoes. In Bugibba there's no sand beach, rocks only with Quara point maybe the best place to go.
With bus 652 Sliema-Qawra-Golden Bay (sand beach) you can go the one of the few sand beaches.
In Quara/Bugibba there are local play halls (pool and gambling machines).
Along the coastal walkway there are some small attractions for children, but I question the safety aspect of some of them.
