Hello,
we are 5 students and we are going to Ringkøbing with bike and for camping.
I just want to know where can we camp and shall we pay ? and if you introduce some where and it was rainy is there anywhere around to jump there and run away from rain ? please give me any information which you think I might need to know :)

Is there anybody here who lives in Alborg and would accept us to camp at their garden?
thanks alot
Kimia.

camping rough in denmark is not wasy as it is very populated.
there are lot's of campsites though.

there is an international organisation called hot showers where members offer free accomodation for tour cyclists.
it's run by a canadian guy called roger gravel.
check his website.
there might be people in aalborg offering accomodation.

A fairly new option are basic campsites in the nature. Here is a map showing them: http://friluftskort.dk/results.asp?CenterMapX=12%2C3950458646492&CenterMapY=55%2C9062748052611&ZoomLevel=1&OldZoomLevel=0&fromSearch=1&num=0&vandrestier_Laengde=&cykelstier_laengde=&ridestier_laengde=&d1=1&;FT=18_02&Lejrpladser_Personer=&amt=&showmap=true&;submit.x=17&submit.y=2

They are free to use, and you can normally just show up. It is basicly just some grass in the nature where you can put up your tent. On some there are toilets, but not all of them.

If you are interested, I you find one, where you want to stay I can translate the text about the sites.
