Frankfurt-Hahn to Koblenz then onto Nurburg

Hi, this wednesday I'll be arriving at Frankfurt-hahn airport, I believe I can get a bus at 23:00CET which arrives at Koblenz main station at 01:30, from reading other posts here, I believe you can't wait at the station as they close at 02:00, is it possible to get a taxi from Koblenz to Nurburg (Nurburgring) and how much would we be talking about.

Koblenz to Nürburg is not really close. This beyond the radius were the fixed rates apply and you can negotiate the price freely. The distance from Hahn to Nürburg is not that much longer.
