Bequia is a wonderful island, if you are looking for laid back and relaxed. We have been 2 years running around Easter time and really enjoyed it. We flew into St. Vincent (From Barbados) and then took the 1 hour ferry ride in the Port Elizabeth. Stayed at a House called Casablanca (bottom floor flate has 2 bedrooms, nice size kitchen, living area. Right across from Lower Bay beach.. fabulous.. early morning walks and swims and watching the sunset around 6pm was great. There are several restaurants and beach bars on lower bay.. very nice. it's just a very quaint laid back experience.
