Are there any hotels in Quba? What is their standard?

I understand that there is a resort called "long Forest" some 20 kms from Quba. How do I get from the rosort to Quba? Are there taxis? Also in the late evening?

That is possible for sure but might be rather expensive pleasure to take taxi every day. Maybe after being in resort u would not have so big keen to go every day to Quba center? Being inside nature in Quba is marvellous (although depends where exactly and conditions of living)and kick out any wish to go to administrative center. But don't expect the same as from Hyatt Regency or Sheraton hotels. :)

In Azerbaijan you can get taxis everywhere as every people is used to do taxi for others; so from this resort no problem to go back to Quba. this hotel is very expensive inside the azeri standart, so a taxi driver is expecting to ask you a price seing what you're going to spend for your night.
In Quba the central gouvernement hotel is in repair. there is an small hotel in the bazar/bus station, clean, you can get a SGL with bath for something like 10 $. Ask for "Gastinitsa" in the bazar. Useful to take a bus at the bus station.
