If you are taking the bus into the park at 5 am, which side of the bus would be better to sit, in terms of wildlife sightings as well as scenery?

Once you are inside the bus and facing the front choose the left side/driver's side. The other side will eventually only face hillside with little as to views of wildlife/scenery. Be sure to bring a camera with a zoom lens, snacks, and water. It's a long ride, but it can be very beautiful too. Enjoy.

I agree with what Katmai wrote--the left side is definitely the best.
