I am planning a trip to Pondicherry from Bangalore this weekend. Is it wise to go there right now ? Would it be too hot / too rainy at this time ?
Would also appreciate any advice about things to do / places to see over a 3-day weekend in Pondicherry. Thanks, Vishal |

The moonsoon in pondy lasts aproximately from october to january.
And for Nice places to go, U ve got auroville beach, and a nice little collection of restaurants and bars to spend the evenings (Satsanga, Ajantha, Debussy...). And if You need a really nice place to stay, go to Ganga guest house (in the southern part of barathi street), it s the most beautifull guest house i ve seen in india, for reasonnable prices (500-600 Rs) Have a nice trip!
