no (at least no direct), just night train, leaves KE at 23.25 and arrives to krakow at 5.30 or so

As I know it's possible to take a bus to Kosice from Rzeszow 10.50 pm (Rzeszow-Miszkolc HU); so if you want to travel from Krakow it's better to take a train.
