Yangshuo Travel Forum

I am travelling to Yangshuo in June and have booked a small chinese hotel called Morning Sun Hotel which I found on the internet. It looked great on the web page but wondering if anyone has any reviews to give me.

Sorry, dont know this place....but actually there is no need to book it in advance since Yangshuo is full of places to stay. Of course you want to make everything for sure before you reach a place, but there is quite a huge risk to be overcharged on the internet. When you arrive in Yangshuo crowds will come after you to offer you accomodation places.....you can just choose the cheapest or strawl around for it - in Yangshuo everything is within walking distance.

i was in Yangshuo 2 weeks ago. stayed Fawlty Towers which is right opposite the bus station. Cheap, Clean & Friendly. 5 mins walk from west st.

Very nice place.
The people who run it are really friendly and helpful.
The building is completely in old Chinese style, and designed according to Feng Shui principles.
It's middle class accomodation, and sometimes small tourgroups use some rooms as well. You right next to West street, but it's still quiet. Opposite there is a shopping mall, and there are some shops and small bars around.
