It's also known as Pin Oo Lyin/Pin U Lyin. It's a former British hill station and it takes about an hour from Mandalay on a share taxi. Well worth a visit. Highly recommend the Dahlia guesthouse. Send me a message if you want to know more since I've visited several times in the past 3 years.

This place is very nice in Myanmar. We call city of flowers. The weather is very comfortable for the whole year.You can get strawberry in summer. You can see waterfall, indian mediation cave.and i will email to u
