Does anyone know of some cheap but good and in a good situation hotels in Brest. Also what to see?

Don't know what you consider cheap. Try this web site. http://www.hotel-la-corniche.com/english/index.php
There is tourist info on the web site too. Also be sure to type Brest into the VT search window above and you should get more information.
