Hello you all, can you recommend me the right place to do a language course of Russian in NOvosibirsk? Is there any kind of Pushkin Institute in this city? I do appreciate any help, or tips on that.

Hi!
I would recommend the Russian language course in Akademgorodok. This is a special district of Novosibirsk so -called Novosibirsk Scientific Center where the Novosibirsk State University and a great nember of scientific institutes are situated.
Akademgorodok is about 25 km from Novosibirsk, it is a really nice place, the best in Novosibirsk, espasially during summer.

There are language courses in NSU. You can also attend people from local language clubs. it will be useful for you since you will meet a lot of local people as well as foregners living in Akademgorodok. You will spens a nice time, will meet nice people and will practice language.

State University YOU MENTIONED. When? iN sEPTEMBER. Why? Because it is already May and i have to arrange the paperwork two months before starting the scheduled langauge courses.
