About 200 Euros. You may find also cheaper ones..

When in Eskisehir look for real estate agencies. In Turkish we call "Emlakci" Your Turkish friend can look into the Newspaper. If you get a flat you must pay some percent to the acengy. Eskisehir is has 2 Uni's. So that many students are looking for rental flats.
