If you go in November between the 1st and the 11th, you'll be able to be one the best Mexican fairs. The people are friendly and many speak English. You'll
be able to go to authentic rodeos and bullfights. There's always something to do. You never have to worry about getting somewhere, it's small enough to walk anywhere. It's an old twon conquered by Spain so it's beautiful. By the way, there beautiful sights all around. The towns nearby are also nice to visit. There's Jalostotitlan about 20 min away (in car) or you can also go to Aguascalients which is aboutl 45 min. away. Aguascalientes is a beautiful city. You'll find everything you need. There's too many things to say about this town and its surroundings I can go for hours telling you about it. I hope you can visit
