Weather and Vibe in August Posted: Wed May 4, 2005 02:49 AM UTC
Please help - I am planning to travel with 3 friends to Boracay in August this year but I know it is rainy season. Has anyone been in early August and can you advise if the rain is torrential down pour or just that rain that pours for 15 minutes and is then sunny for the rest of the day?
Also, want to stay at Baling Hai (been before) but need a contact number or web address etc.
Any other tips for August?

Baling Hai is a lovely place, but may not be ideal in raining season. The big waves and high tides mean their tiny beach is unusable at that time. Here's their website anyway.

The last time I was in Boaracy... it was long time ago and we've been there around August and it's a little bit raining and sunny at those moment... mostly foreign tourist... hoping you will enjoy your visit...I'm sure... 100%
