Looking for a Football Match
Posted: Thu April 28, 2005 09:53 PM UTC
I'll be throughout Italy from June 4 to June 14 and want to see a football match, but have found the last champions league day to be the 29th. Are there any more games to be seen when I'm there, even outside of Milan? Thanks,

if milan and juve had the same score at the end of the season you could watch the last game to decide who win the italian league!
in another way i don't think there will be other soccer games in italy!
maybe you could watch some game of the second league (serie B)! in particular i suggest you to watch Genoa ! good team and beautiful stadium !
enjoy,
Marcy

You may be able to hit the final of the TIM cup (Italian cup), but I couldn't find the date anywhere. The semifinals will be played on May 11 and 19. Inter Milan is likely to be one of the finalists.
Cheers,
mac

there might be some amichevole (friendly) games or some charity games, but the regular season will be over (FORZA MILAN!!!).

Serie A will end on 29 May:

Serie B will end on 11 June:

Italian Cup Final will probably be sometime in June:

Alternatively you can visit San Siro stadium and take a tour of the stadium, go to New Milan Point in Piazza XXIV Maggio (southern Milan) or Milan Store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle next to Duomo.

I wish by the time I'll be in Milan (this 13-15 May!) Milan has won the scudetto so I can feel what is like to be in the middle of other Milanisti for celebration! ;)

FORZA MILAN !!!

To Graceful,

Do you know how I can go to Milanello by public transport? I belive it's 30km somewhere outside the city. Is it possible to go inside the complex? I want to take some photos and to ask for autographs of the players.
