I will be almost as straight coming from there :)
I arrive back 11th of May
then staf meeting on 12th
and hoping that won't last long so I can escape to Brussels.
will you be early in Brussels?
if so you can do the first welcoming with Stephen and I join you later.
We might exchange phone numbers?
he doesn't have a phone.
there are a few maybe's too who might come.

Place du Luxembourg is situated near the European Parlament. There are several pubs and a place called "l'horloge du temps" where you can eat something. It is not exactly in the center, so if it is not practical to persons travelling with train or not knowing Brussels (although there is the Luxembourg train station) just say it.
