I'll be in Tulsa for 4 days over the Memorial Day weekend. Although I have some meetings on Fri and Sat, can anyone recommend some highlights or things to do in Tulsa? Any botanical gardens, or shopping areas to see? Restaurants? Activities? Thanks!

There is the "TV Guide" broadcast station. Perhaps you could get a tour.
Leon Russell's real home is there; the neighborhood is very interesting.

Hi, the Philbrook Art Museum is styled as an Italian mansion and is home to a nice traditional art museum and rose gardens. You may like this place. Tulsa has quite a bit of art deco in downtown and around the older homes. It was built up in the old oil boom days of the 1920's and 30's. Another nice museum is the Gilcrease, which has a Macchu Picchu exhibit of relics and photos thru June. There's a casino in a NE suburb, and the Oklahoma Aquarium in a SW suburb.

I thank you for the helpful hints! As I love gardens and historical homes, this sounds wonderful! I'm sure I'll have a great time. Thanks again!
