I am wondering what is the travel time by train from Timisoara to Kosice, and also from Timisoara to Budapest?

Also, the prices if known.

You have a two direact trains from Timisoara to Budapest:

Timisoara Nord - Budapest Keleti - Train no.
16.16-19.57 IC46 TRAIANUS
11.45-16.12 R354 BEGA

From Timisoara to Kosice there is no straight train, you have to change trains in Arad:

Timisoara Nord 13.03 - Arad 14.10 P3115
or (more comfortable an option):
Timisoara Nord 11.45 - Arad 12.37 R354 BEGA
Arad 15.19 - Kosice 23.20 R374/EN578/R380

Otherwise, if you want to reach Kosice at daytime, it is longer, with a change in Budapest, where you would also need to spend the night, as there is no good connection to the other two trains on to Kosice (look at the Timisoara - Budapest trains above and see how they do not match these:

Budapest Keleti - Kosice - Train no.
15.00-18.12 IC536
06.15-10.04 R530/R412

There also are one / two buses a day from Timisoara to Budapest, however schedules change, you can only know for sure when you go to Timisoara, to the bus station on Iuliu Maniu Ave.

No straight connection from Timisoara to Krakow; there are only a few through wagons (usually a seats wagon year round and a couple of sleepers in summer only) from Bucharest to Krakow via Arad; you could change there:
Timisoara Nord 13.03 - Arad 14.10 P3115
or (more comfortable an option):
Timisoara Nord 11.45 - Arad 12.37 R354 BEGA
Arad 15.19 - Krakow Glowny 05.36 R374/EN578/R380
