Hi,
You just take the bus from Tarifa. The is a nonstop bus but only once a day and the othe posibility is to go by bus to Cadiz and from there to Seville. I recomend you the page www.gotarifa.com, there you find a lot of informations. http://www.gotarifa.com/en/index.html
