We have a day to explore Alice Springs after visiting Ayers Rock. Any suggestions on what to see and do? We are staying "down town" with no car. Thanks.

From one Laurie to another - the day will go very quickly. A quick visit to the Travel Centre and you'll sort it out. One day is hardly enough...but. The Panorama Art venue is a 'Must see" for starters. Out to the original Alice Springs and the Telegraph station museum by regular bus....etc. Time will fly. Enjoy..L.

For an evening meal/drink go to Bo Jangles and tell the folks back home to watch the live webcam.
