I am looking for a job in the construction trade, possibly labouring. I would prefer Fuerteventura but would consider any island in the Canaries. Any idea's on how I go about finding this type of work?

Since I don't know where your from it is harder to give advice, however I spent several years in construction and checked into working the islands. There are several General contractors in the Ft.Luaderdale/ Miami area that work the islands so if you are state side look into that. Otherwise you will need to find info on working i.e visa, black market, ect. Don't know the answer to that.

You'll may get better answers if you put your question again in the Canary Islands forum, this forum is from Canaries in the Caribbean... :-)
Sorry I've no idea about getting a job there, even it's pretty hard to get a decent job in any part of Spain. Good luck!!
