Hello, my name is Sylvia, i'm from Poland. I'm going to Brasil, with my friends, in two weeks. This will be a one month tour on the south of the country. We'll arrive to Sao Paulo, but at once we're going to Rio. Can u tell me how can we get there and how much it will cost. thanks!!!!

Brasil is not a expensive country. In comparision to Europe, food, hotels and transport are cheap. Well, since it is a large country, planes are the best way to move around but also the most expensive one. There are low cost airlines such as gol: www.gol.com.br, but you should get tickets in advance. Otherwise to go from SP to Rio, there are many bus companies that come and go every hour.
In the south of Brasil, you guys should not miss the Santa Catarina region and its capital, Florianopolis and all the beaches around. Beautiful places to visit and have a good time!

The best if you want to go immediately to Rio the best is to add a connection to Rio in your flight and perhaps another connection to São Paulo from the south when you come back.
