I will be in Guilin on the 21st till the 25ish, how many nights should we stay in Guilin, where else in the area should we go? We are fine with taking buses so please let me know.
How far is The guilin airport from the city? How much should we pay by taxi or how much by bus? THanks for any replies. |

there is not much to see in the Guilin city, just the Li River and serval parks...i spent about a week there...looking back now, i wish i spent the whole week in Yangshuo...
taxies in Guilin are RMB1.6/km (RMB7.00 for the first two kilometers), most taxies are Santana and Jetta... guilin's Liangjiang Airport is about 28km to the downtown area... hope you feel these infomation helpful....good luck!

Take airport shuttle bus, RMB 20, ask the driver to let you get off at the railway station, then walk north for 5 minutes to Long distance bus station. -Guilin to Yangshuo by bus http://www.yangshuoholiday.com/guilin/bus.htm -Yangshuo or Guilin of course Yangshuo,stay as long as you with there -More places to see go to longji dragon backbone rice terrace, and stay overnight in PingAn village http://www.yangshuoholiday.com/guilin/attractions_longji.htm hope you like there!
