Hi.
We are planning a trip to Netherlands end of April and we would like to spend one day in Utrecht. We would likt to know how to reach Utrecht from Schipol airport (we will arrive around 7 pm)and how long does it take. thanks for helping Paola |

Ciao Paola,
There is a train station inside the Airport building and you can take a train to Utrecht. Depending on the time, it might require one change or it can be direct (there is one leaving at 19.40 on weekdays). It will cost you 7.40 Eur one-way and it takes 40 minutes or one hour (it takes longer if you take the direct train). Check out www.ns.nl (there is an English version), for exact schedule (use "Schiphol" as departure). Let me know if you need any additional information Bye, Ricardo

April 30 is Queensday. The whole country will be celebrating and Utrecht will be one big freemarket.
