No idea at all, but I've found you this e-mail of the AVIS company in Trelew. HERTZ MILLET is also there but couldnt find any e-mail up to know.

Thanks for caring, but what I actually fear is that if I contact them and they know that I'm a stinkin' gringo they'll tell me I have to give them my left kidney to get a car rented ;) I'd really like to know what the prices for locals are.

Renting a car depends on many factors so it is difficult to know which is the right price. It seems to me that you cannot rent a car in Argentina for less than 50.00 US$ a day.
