I am planning to travel from Salta to the Bolivia (Salar de Uyuni or Potosi).
Can you help me, its possible or not? and how long does the journey take by bus or with car? Bus is cheapest way, and if possible i need information about the bus timetable from Salta to Bolivia, Thank you in advance for answers, Andrey |

Hi Andrey..well yes is possible...right now i am in Salta and i was going to take the same way..for what i know u have to take a bus from here(Salta) to La Quiaca (border Argentina-Bolivia) the bus leaves like every 3 hours the last one is at 22:00 and is like 10 dolars, takes like 7 hours to get there..then u cross to Villazon that is the bolivian side(this towns are divided for a breach)and u catch the train that leaves 3 or 4 days a week i guess is monday wednesday, thrusday and saturday but iam not sure the train leaves in the afternoon around 2 or 3pm..but be sure u buy your ticket early ..check this website
