Getting from Venice to Mestre

What is the easiest way to go from Venice to Mestre?

I would like to go to the Le Barche shopping mall. Just trying to determine if I can do this with public transportaiton.

I have no idea how you get to the mall, but the easiest way to get to Mestre from Venice is the train. There are trains leaving all the time from Venice Santa Lucia station to Venice Mestre station. Cheap and fast. As for the mall, there must be a bus.

Take the ACTV bus number 7 from Venice Piazzale Roma. The bus runs every 20 minutes: ask for the stop "Via Poerio", that is only 50 meters far from the mall.
The Journey takes 15 minutes and costs 1 euro.

Bus #4 (every 10 minutes) or #7 from Venice Piazzale Roma to Mestre...
If you go to "Le Barche", don't take the train because it is quite distant from the centre... bye :)
