Yes, both of these two cities are locates beside the ChangJiang. I am not sure the price. maybe US$60 around.

Yes!!,
There's mainly two types of river transportation between the two cities, a fast one with few stops I'm not familiar with the price. Tour cruise ships stoping at major touristic spots, I took a tour ship on February 4th from Chongqing to Yichang USD$300.00 for first class (two beds-one room), of course there are many other options too, it's better to arrange the price and the itinerary there at the docks, a lot cheaper than by travel agency. It was cold and not hot water available, wear warm clothing this time of year. Enjoy the trip.
