Forum Question Posted By: Replies:
Harajuku Astro Hall
Posted: Thu February 10, 2005 12:40 PM UTC
Can anyone who has been there give me a very clear direction of how to get there? I look at the direction at http://www.astro-hall.com/ and even though it doesn't look complicated, I heard the place was hard to find.

Thanks.

Well I haven't been there but I've been around there many times in the past. I suggest printing out the map at that site (http://www.astro-hall.com/access/) as well as this one so you can ask people if you need to: http://tinyurl.com/7xsbv
But it shouldn't be that hard to find.

Also I suggest taking the Takeshita Street route as that is a more interesting walk. This is the view from the top of the street, just outside the Takeshita Street exit of the JR train station.

Walk down this street until it meets up to the large street (Meiji St). From here look to the right up the street and you should be able to see the New Wave building from here, recognizable by the vivid orange sign that says FITS on it. Cross the street, turn right and follow it along until you get to the New Wave building, head downstairs and you should be there.
(Note, I haven't actually been there, that's what it says on the astro-hall site.)
