Can anyone recommend a charming small hotel or B&B for a weekend stay in the Chagford or Exeter area? Something in the £70-90 range would be fine.

Not personally but check out www.2stay.com
a great site in which you can view the inside of the hotel or b&b in any town you care to stay. i use it all the time and it has been really helpful in finding a decent place. Carl
