What is the price for a car (preferably a minivan) that will hold 6 (incl. the driver)? How can I secure one before getting here so I don't have to spend more time trying to find a minivan?

I had a quote for 800 Y for a 12 pax van. It's too much money and too big.

I called one of those car rent companies there.
A car holds 8, including driver, 500Y /Day(including the pay, other fee like gas is not included), You can also ask for discount, it much higher than other time, cuz the Chinese New Year, you know.

500 /day including driver, is the list price, ask for discount if you rent more than oneday.
Still have problems? Remember price, and ask the hotel you stay rent car for you.
Anyway, remember to send car back in time, otherwise they will charge you 50/hour!
