I will be in Brazil (NATAL) from March 22 - 6 APR.
Beside beach vacation I am planning 3-4 days trips to Salvador and Fernando de Noronha? Please suggest, how to get to Salvador from Ponta Negra (Natal) ? Bus; plain or rented car?
Also what's the cheapest way to get to Fernando de Noronha and who sell tours in Natal with best price?

Hello, To get to Salvador from Natal all three ways will work, the difference is just the price. To get to Fernando de Noronha is better if you book it before your arrival in Natal. There are many options there too, if you need some specific information on that let me know.

Hello Lincona,

You can either fly from NAT/SSA or travel by bus. Flights don't take more than 130h (direct), white a bus trip would waste at least 15h of your precius time.
Tip: If you're flying to more than 2 cities in Brazil, purchasing a BRAZIL AIR PASS would be an option. This voucher, that must be paid for before you get to Brazil, will allow you to fly withing the country for a flat rate. Any Brazilian airline would sell you that tkt even if your international flight is operated by a foreign carrier.

As for the package to Fernando de Noronha, the only thing I can tell is that all the Travel Agencies in NAT will be able to sell it. Local operators are probably cheaper.

When checking the BRAZIL AIR PASS with VARIG, ask if you can use it to fly to Noronha.

To Mr. Nelson: you suggest to book package to Fernando de Noronha before arrival in Natal. Can you please also suggest me some specific (local) travel agency`s in Natal were I can ask price? Can enyone say approx. how much must I calculate at least for expenses to 3-4 days on Noronha (round flight + tax + pousada/hote +meal)? All information, tips and experiences are very-very welcome because of relatively tight budget :) But I must see Noronha!!

Need more prices information before giving you good help.

Confirm the following information:

-2 people are going from Natal to F. de Noronha
-around 28-31 of march
-3 or 4 days stay in fernando de Noronha
-How much can you really afford for your trip there. Including flight, accomodation and meals.
You must book a place before hand. The place receives around 450 people only, and this time of the year many people go there.
