Hi, im going to cancun in september for 2 weeks. Is there anything i should look out for? whats the night life like, im 22 years old male. I think im staying out of Cancun in a hotel called iberostar tucan. Any information is good.

The nightlife there is great! They have some of the most insane discos I´ve ever seen... :) But it can be a bit expencive there. Enjoy your holiday! :)

are you staying in playa del carmen?
i stayed at iberostar quetzal - which is the same resort as tucan.. it was awesome ! food , drinks , service , disco , location , beach wasnt that deep of a sand spot - but otherwise - great !Cab to town - about 8 pesos....Go to the restaurant "Lemons"(pronounced LEEMONS) in the town of playa.. great atmosphere and food !

Hi, Cancun is insane! I had such a good time there. The biggest discos Ive ever seen my favorites were Coco Bongo and DaddyOs. Im sure you've heard about Mexico, Dont drink the water what so ever! Not even to brush your teeth. Also when eating at restaurants outside your resort , if you order water make sure its in a bottle and is sealed before you open it. If its not sealed i wouldnt drink it. I dont mean to scare you but just be careful of that. We were also advised to leave a tip for the cleaning lady. Hope that gives you a heads up. Enjoy your trip! dont let cab drivers rip you off(ask a price befor you get in),try all the food out (it may look gross but tastes fantastic),try a boat trip to "isla majeres" (for no more then 100 peso each return),for night life dadyo's/dady rock's is a must(dont get ice in your drinks it has some wicked ingredients) but most importantly ... come home !!!
