Hello,
I'm flying to Arhus airport on Friday and then hope to get a train to Aalborg. I've got the train from Arhus to Aalborg before but I didn't have to travel from the airport. Is the airport far from the city and are there buses running from airport to train station? Thanks for any help, Dave |

Hi Dave, Greetings from Denmark.
The airport is really called "Tirstrup", because it is nowhere near Aarhus. It takes exactly 45 minutes by car from the airport to Aarhus. And a lot of my foreign visitors always ask me, why is it called Aarhus? There are busses all the time to Aarhus, I checked the homepage: http://www.aar.dk/ENGELSK/index.html The ticket costs 10 Euro each way. Have a good trip, and bring some warm clothes! Pia
