I am going to Queenstown in February. Can anyone recommend good restuarants & night spots. I know I won't have any trouble finding beautiful scenery and outdoor activities during the day. TIA |

Queens town is the center of all the night life in NZ as far as i have seen anyway, if you get the local guide there is a list of all the happy hours in Queens town so you can have a few cheap drinks :p
It depends what you want? As a thing just to say you have been there is minus 5 / -5 (a bar made of ice and you drink from glasses made from ice). Winnie Bagoes does nice pizza as far as i am aware and also have a roof that opens up in the winter months (summer for the uk) plus is also a night club! Infact no one will have a porblem in finding anything as Queens town is that small anyone can walk accross it in a few min's. One nice thing is to take a wlk around the lake and then jump in (thats cold, i did that when i was there in Dec). Mark

No problem, I think you will have a good time. The main reason why i will be going back to NZ in because of Queens town... Such as nice place and so much to do.....
