My question is similar to the previous one: i have to find accommodation in Cluj for the summer (July + August) when i will be doing my internship. I was wondering if there are students' rooms available for rent during the summer holidays...

The next cheapest thing to do would be to go and check the boards around Babeš - Bolyai University in Cluj, as in summer many of the places taken by students during the university season, become available and people place small ads there. Otherwise, check one of these real estate agencies, even though paying their commission for only two months is not really worth: http://www.biozone.ro/ http://www.edil.ro/index_en.php http://www.imobiliare.ro/belmont/ http://www.grupdelux.ro/ http://www.agprointermed.ro/ http://www.maxintermedia.ro/ You could send them all an email though and do a bit of a broker's job, you never know, as the demand is low in summer, you could have pleasant surprises. Staying in a hotel or hostel would be rather expensive on such a stay, if taking this option into account, calculate about EUR 10 per day, unless you take a bungalow far away, in the camping place on Faget Hill.
