Getting together with Imaniac (roy) and Syllou (Sylvia) on May 8 and visiting the Open Air Museum. Is anyone interested? I placed an announcement on the Meetings Page.

at that period there might be the first european meeting taking place in Italy ...

Since 2 of the principals (Syllou and Imaniac) wont be able to come due to other plans, and a third person, Pieter_J is highly questionable, the mini-meeting I was hoping for is no more. Nobody has shown interest. So there will be no meeting in Arnhem.

I remember this museum from a school visit back in 1988! There was a working bakery making fantastic bread!!

Would have liked also a lift from the Arnhem Train Station.

Anyway, maybe we should keep the thread running.... at last, enough people might have an interest in meeting there! I remember it to be a very nice museum, we did it in one day combined with the Kröller-Müller museum, it was a great day out!

Well, this looks quite fun, but ... as people tarting to know me here on VT ... I can't plan on such long notice. In April and May two of our best Russian friends will be in Arnhem and so ... I only can keep this in mind and if things get more detailed ... let me know.

If, and thats a very big IF, I still have a meeting of sorts, I would require a ride from the rail station. But as of now, does not look promising.

That could probably be arranged. Let's wait and see how the thing develops and if/how Danitsja makes up her mind.

Just got my driving license last Tuesday, so if you feel save you are welcome hahaha.

Hi everyone, I think this is a great plan. As soon as I worked it out I will send you an invitation. Because it think it would be nice to meet some ‘Old’ VT members haha.

Would be happy to join you in this meeting and also the ride from the train station should not be a problem.
But let me know if you're still on, or if you are looking for another date know.
Right now I can't guarantee the date anyway, not knowing my (travelling) schedule for work and/or holidays...

The original planned meeting is off since nobody had said they were coming. Roy (Imaniac) will be meeting me in Amsterdam on Monday, May 9.

Just come up with a travel plan with dates; I can see if some location/time fits me.

Btw Will be at Arnhem tomorrow (Feb 12)
