Aloha kakou!
I'm looking for restaurants along west Maui that are in Lahaina, Ka`anapali, Kahana or Kapalua that have patio/outdoor seating that are also beachfront. So if you have been to one, please tell me the name. Just to let you know, my wife and I have been to Kimo's in Lahaina and Leilani's at Whaler's Village. So we already know about the great views of the sunset that these two have. I'm looking for any others that you have enjoyed. Mahalo. |

Pacific'O or sister restaurant I'o in Lahaina at 505 Front Street. Bothe restaurants are gourmet quality and the view is hard to beat. Only about 30 yards to the ocean with tables outside or in. Great martini's for those that enjoy a great drink and at Pacific'O the hapa hapa Tempura is pure joy. Bon Appetit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. See their website: www.pacificomaui.com Aloha oe.

I just checked a couple times and that website wasn't responding. I'll try again later just in case it's just a DNS error. If still no reponse online, I'll be sure to find it while we are there. They are famous for their HankyPanky Whirlpool too.
Its a nice old fashioned Hawaii resort. You must also try the Grill at The Bay Course in Kapalua. If you ask for a window seat (there is no glass in the window) there is a good chance you will get JJ as a server. He is fantastic. Also try the Plantation Course restaurant.

The sister restaurant, next door, I'o is just as nice. You can see both restaurants on a 360 panorama webcam on the I'o website:
