Hi,i'm Charles from India.I'm planning to stay in Haiphong for a week . I am on a REALLY LOW BUDGET and can't afford nice places- do anyone know of any "budget "guesthouses or dormatories, or really really budget hotels in haiphong(prferably in hong bang district) and how much it wud cost for a one nite stay for a single bedroom.
I would appreciate ANY advice anyone give me- sincerely, CHARLES |

hi,
you can walk-in any guesthouse in haiphong,there are many in hong bang dist. it would be cheaper in small street or alley. the cost is arround 15usd. good luck! kent
