I want to thank my cousin for taking my family and hers out for a very expensive lunch while we were visiting Dublin. She lives in Templemore but I am not familiar with her neighborhood. Is there a restaurant or other business nearby that I can get a gift certificate from to send along with my thank you card?

Why not check out restaurants etc in the vicinity of Nenagh, Roscrea, Kilalloe or even Limerick City. They're all a short drive from Templemore.
