What is the best (quickest) itinerary between Las Vegas and Sequoia Park ?
How much time ? Is there a East entrance to the Sequoia Park ? |

You can't get to Kings Canyon-Sequoia from the east by car because of the Sierra Nevada mountains. These are some of the highest in the lower 48 States, with many peaks over 14,000 feet/4200 metres!
A direct route between the park and Vegas is to cross the Sierra Nevada further south at highway 155 between Bakersfield and Ridgecrest, then maybe cross Death Valley and approach Vegas from highway 95. The faster way is to take highway 58 from Bakersfield to Barstow and get on interstate 15 for Vegas.
