How do you get to Kollen from Oslo?

Kollen? Sure you're in the right forum? To a Norwegian, "Kollen" usually is short for (the) Holmenkollen (ski jump), but I guess that's not what you're asking for, since you put it in the Østfold forum??

Just like Knerten said, I also think about Holmenkollen when someone say Kollen. But I know there is an island called Kollen outside of Rygge (Østfold), maybe it's this place you mean? Thank you for the info. It is an island at the mouth of the Oslofjord. Just finished reading a book about a family that moved to the island from Fjeldstrand right after WWII.
