i will be travelling to constanta.my flight will reach bucharest in the evening. do i have any trains to constanta from bucharest around 6-8 in the evening.
also can some body suggest reasonably good budget accomadation in constanta and bucharest.
suggestions asap plz............

Places to stay in Bucharest:
Carpati Hotel 1* lies just 5 minutes from the centre, 16 Matei Millo, tel.: +4-021-3150140, EUR 14-20 / SGL, EUR 24-45 / DBL, ask for the rooms on the last floor, they are the cheapest. The hotel is clean and very well located. Another option would involve Hotel Muntenia 1*, 19-21 Academiei, tel.: +4-021-3146010, EUR 14 / SGL, EUR 20-42 / DBL. The hotel is as central as one can getm just off University Square, but it is neither as clean, nor staffed with nice people, so the Carpati make it for a better option. Among the hostels in the city, you can check out the new http://www.cristman-hostel.ro/, very nice and quiet place.

In Constanta the budget thing is not so easy to find, as most places have been refurbished. Check out the Tineretului though: 20-26 Tomis Blvd, tel.: +40-241-613590, fax: 611290, it is a concrete buff, but central and cheap.

I don't know if it is still important for anyone, but if it is, then:
As of 30 June MALEV Hungarian Airlines will launch a new direct flight from Budapest to Constanta twice a week with quick connections to Western Europe.
