I ahven't heard much about what happened to Koh Lanta, nor have I seen the name being mentioned in any news.Anyway, you'd probably want to refer to this page http://203.150.224.71/vachiraphuketgoth/index.php which has a partial list of names of the death and injured.
Meanwhile,I'm hoping your loved ones safe and sound.

I saw a comment on the BBC website from an Australian man who was in Ko Lanta when the disaster happened. He said that 3 people had been killed and many missing (alot of local children sadly). This was yesterday, things might have changed by now. He also said that everyone was staying on higher ground last night and mentioned that there was nowhere left to stay on the beach. That's all I can tell you for now. It's so very very sad and I hope you mange to find the person you're looking for.
