Hello again ,
This is my last question about Jordan .I have some free time in Aqaba and i would like to know if there are some places of interest that worth to be seen like historical sightseeing !

The main area to be visited historical is ancient Petra some 2 hours drive in-land. Check on my web page for more info.

Petra is the nearest ( 2 hors drive )
i would recommend not to stay all of your vacation in Aqaba, it turns to be very boring in day 3 unless you really there for the beach .

There is a fort in Aqaba, Ayla ruins in the centre of the town, duty free shopping in the town, and Wadi Rum (which I personally liked better that Petra)
