Yai Sas
I am New Zealand female (i Neozilantheza) returning (epistrefo) to Greece (i Elatha) mid March (Martios) 2005. I would (Tha ithela) like to find reasonable (ftinos) priced accomodation (thomatio) from approx 20/3 - 31/3 (maybe longer (isos pia) in Delphi to attend Easter Celebrations(pas ha). Full or half pansion (i fool/demi pansion), apartment (o thiamerisima), small villa (micro vila), hotel (to xenothoio). Anything considered.
I (eho) leave NZ to stay (anavoli) in Greece (i Elatha) indefinatley (aorista), if I can find work (makari thoolia).
Any help to find work (pairno monos mou) would be appreciated (i ektimisi).
Efharisto. (Thank you) Signomi den kalos Ellinika, Agglika pliktrologio! (sorry, not good Greek with English keyborad)
You would not think I have been learning to read, write, speak Greek!

For a good, basic, and clean hotel, I recommend Hotel Varonos. It's located in town and is a nice walk from the archaelolgical site and museum. The back rooms have a beautiful view of the valley.

Here's more info from Frommer's:

Here is the hotel's website:

Hope this helps!

Hi Pappy
Did not expect a reply from anyone so quickly. Thank you so much for the helpful information. Have been looking on net - keep coming up with same "expensive" hotels! This is great.
Thanks again.
Hope you have great New Year, wherever you maybe.

Hi, Lianne

I'm glad it worked out for you. Happy New Year from Chicago!

In 1996, I spent Easter in Greece with family on the island of Zakynthos, and it was quite an experience.

Lianne - Just so you know, Greek Orthodox Easter in 2005 is on May 1, so if you want to attend Easter celebrations in Delphi, March 20 - 31 would not do it for you.
