dear friends,
i am planning a trip across india and would like to visit sri lanka as well. is it possible to get to lanka from india by ferry boat these days. if it is, then from port in idia should i set off? if it is impossible, then what is the southernmost place in india where i can take a flight to lanka? many thanks in advance, cosmique |

No ferry is available and you can only get to Sri lanka by air. Chennai / Trivendrum is close to Sri Lanka.
